TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES GN Skincare provides esthetic and cosmetic treatments. Our services (including Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Dermaplaning) are not medical treatments. Results vary by individual.

2. BOOKING AND DEPOSIT RULES

• External Booking: All appointments are finalized via our external booking link (Square).

• 25% Non-Refundable Deposit: To confirm any service, a 25% deposit is required. This deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• Cancellations: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE By using our services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding allergies, medications (especially Retin-A or Accutane), and health conditions. GN Skincare is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical information.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any incident during treatment is limited to the total amount paid for that specific session.

5. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
